Return Policy

OSCS has a 30 day returns policy for all items purchased at OSCS except for items purchased on sale or if a coupon was redeemed during the purchase. The 30 day count starts from the date of purchase in store or from the date of delivery for online purchases. Items will only be accepted for returns if they are in the same condition from the day of purchase. (I.e: have not been worn, have all tags attached & in the same packaging), a valid receipt will also need to be presented. Please note that underwear, socks, books and magazines cannot be returned – all purchases are final. If you have purchased an item from our online store, please mail info@orphanstreetclothingshop.com to arrange return. Please note the courier fee will be for your account.
