Prices

The stated prices include VAT and are quoted in South African Rand. OSCS reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time. Methods of Payment Currently, OSCS offers PayFast & Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as methods of payment.

 

Exchange Policy

OSCS has a 30 day exchanges policy for all items purchased at OSCS except for items purchased on sale or if a coupon was redeemed during the purchase. For items purchased on sale or if a coupon was redeemed during the purchase OSCS offers a 7 day exchanges policy from the date of purchase in store or from the date of delivery for online purchases. Items will only be accepted for exchange if they are in the same condition from the day of purchase. (I.e: have not been worn, have all tags attached & in the same packaging), a valid receipt will also need to be presented. Please note that underwear, socks, books and magazines cannot be exchanged – all purchases are final. If you have purchased an item from our online store, please email info@orphanstreetclothingshop.com to arrange return. Please note the courier fee will be for your account.

 

Sale Items

Please note that all purchases of items bought on sale or with a coupon are final – no returns will be accepted. For items purchased on sale or with a coupon; OSCS offers a 7 day exchanges policy from the date of purchase in store or from the date of delivery for online purchases.
