Prices
The stated prices include VAT and are quoted in South African Rand. OSCS reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time. Methods of Payment Currently, OSCS offers PayFast & Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as methods of payment.
Return Policy
OSCS has a 30 day returns policy for all items purchased at OSCS except for items purchased on sale or if a coupon was redeemed during the purchase. The 30 day count starts from the date of purchase in store or from the date of delivery for online purchases. Items will only be accepted for returns if they are in the same condition from the day of purchase. (I.e: have not been worn, have all tags attached & in the same packaging), a valid receipt will also need to be presented. Please note that underwear, socks, books and magazines cannot be returned – all purchases are final. If you have purchased an item from our online store, please mail info@orphanstreetclothingshop.com to arrange return. Please note the courier fee and handling will be at your own account. Please be sure to send us your tracking number when sent with your courier of choice. We are not be liable for lost/hijacked returned products.

For items purchased on sale or if a coupon was redeemed during the purchase OSCS offers a 7 day exchanges policy from the date of purchase in store or from the date of delivery for online purchases. Items will only be accepted for exchange if they are in the same condition from the day of purchase. (I.e: have not been worn, have all tags attached & in the same packaging), a valid receipt will also need to be presented. Please note that underwear, socks, books and magazines cannot be exchanged – all purchases are final. Sale Items

Shipping for Online Orders
Shipping is available worldwide. Fastway Couriers handle all South Africa shipping. TNT Couriers handle all International shipping. Please contact OSCS directly if you would like to place an order but your physical address does not fall into our shipping scope. Shipping of orders will only take place on receipt of proof of payment. If proof of payment is not received OSCS will waiting until funds are visible in their account before shipment is made.
